Malolactic fermentation carried out in 225 liter French oak barrels where it remains, after being cleaned, for another 16 months. 40% new barrels and 60% 2nd year barrels.
Very concentrated, with balsamic notes of oak wood, black fruits, tobacco and spices.
Good, a full-bodied and fleshy wine, with a mineral, fresh and long finish with a flavor of black fruits.
